What you will doOwn our social channels and editorial calendar. Plan, produce, publish and measure content across LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, plus email and blog. Keep voice and visuals consistent.
Build and nurture our community of learners. Grow the newsletter, run webinars and AMAs, host challenges and office hours, and manage a community space such as a LinkedIn Group or Slack or Discord.
Make ads pay for themselves. Plan, run and optimise paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google and Meta. Test creatives and messages, use UTM tracking and GA4, and report on CAC, pipeline influence and ROI.
Fuel the website. Ship landing pages, case studies and SEO articles. Manage the CMS, improve on-page SEO and conversion, and keep pages current.
Support founder content. Draft posts, scripts and slides, prepare talks, coordinate filming days, and clip and repurpose content for social.
Lead PR and communications. Shape stories, build a press list, write press releases, pitch journalists, and secure podcasts, awards and speaking opportunities.
Roll up your sleeves and make things. Create the majority of our assets yourself across copywriting, social graphics in Figma or Canva, short-form video edits, simple web pages and emails. Publish, learn and iterate.
Launch quick-win experiments. Rapidly test messages, landing pages, lead magnets and webinar formats. Scale what works and drop what does not.
Report what matters. Maintain simple weekly dashboards and OKRs. Track reach, engagement, leads, bookings and conversion. Share clear insights and next steps.
Coordinate people and projects. Work with training, sales and client teams to align campaigns with real demand. Brief and manage agencies or freelancers when needed.
Essential requirementsExperience building a challenger B2B brand from the ground up, with a playbook for quick wins that move the numbers.
Maker mindset. Comfortable producing most assets yourself across copy, design and short-form video. Confident in Figma and one of Premiere Pro or CapCut.
Strong writer and editor who can explain complex ideas in plain English and turn them into content people share.
Proven results running brand and founder channels on LinkedIn and at least one of TikTok or YouTube Shorts.
Hands-on performance marketing with paid campaigns and improving ROI using GA4, Search Console and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Confident with SEO and web basics: keyword research, on-page optimisation, internal linking and simple technical checks.
Track record growing newsletters, running webinars or managing online groups.
PR skills to craft a narrative, pitch it and land coverage.
Organised, outcomes-focused and comfortable managing stakeholders and deadlines.
London based, with hybrid working and occasional travel to client sites and events. Right to work in the UK.
Helpful but not essentialMarketing operations experience with a CRM and email platform such as HubSpot or similar.
Experience in professional education, B2B tech or AI.

What you will doDesign and refresh technical learning experiences that cover coding with AI, prompt design, evaluation, policy and hands-on build skills such as MCP creation and workflow automation.
Deliver live training and coaching in person and online: half-day and full-day workshops and one-to-one sessions.
Build reference implementations and production-ready automations for client use cases: MCP servers, connectors and glue code.
Integrate AI APIs such as GPT-5 and Claude, including function calling, tool use, evaluation and cost/performance tuning.
Ship full stack: lightweight UIs and admin tools on the front end; reliable services, data models and job queues on the back end.
Embed privacy and security best practice throughout: data minimisation, secrets management, RBAC, encryption, logging and GDPR compliance.
Advise on AI development strategy and policy in leadership sessions, run maturity assessments and plan pragmatic roadmaps.
Measure impact using feedback, adoption data and time-saved metrics. Iterate training and automations based on evidence.
Support live systems with documentation, monitoring, incident response and handovers to client teams.
Work onsite with clients part of the week and at the General Purpose office as needed. This is a hybrid London-based role.
Essential requirements
You are a strong communicator who is comfortable teaching and writing code. You can switch between the whiteboard and the editor without losing people.
You build with Node and Typescript and use sound engineering habits: testing, CI, linting and Git.
You have built MCP servers and joined up third-party APIs before. OAuth 2.0, webhooks, pagination, rate limits, retries and idempotency are familiar rather than scary.
You have built and tuned RAG pipelines and worked with vector databases in production, including chunking strategies, embedding choices, hybrid search and retrieval evaluation.
You have taken projects from idea to live service and kept them healthy afterwards. Small teams or lead roles are a plus.
You have used AI APIs such as GPT-5 or Claude in real work. You can design prompts, call tools, evaluate results and keep an eye on quality, speed and cost.
You think about privacy and security from the start: secrets management, least-privilege access, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logging and GDPR.
You can work across the stack. You can put together simple UIs and admin tools, and you can design solid back-end services and data models.
You are London based, happy to spend some time on site with clients and at our office, and you have the right to work in the UK.

Build and demo repeatable creative pipelines and templates: reference boards, batch generation, upscaling, versioning and asset handover.
Set up brand-safe, rights-aware workflows: style guidelines, negative prompts, consent and review gates, watermarking and content credentials.
Work with stakeholders across marketing, brand, product and leadership to scope briefs and define success criteria.
Measure impact using feedback, adoption data and time-saved metrics. Iterate training and templates based on evidence.
Stay current with generative media trends, rights and licensing, and broader AI developments. Share distilled insights with the team and clients.

Essential requirementsYou are a strong communicator and facilitator who makes creative workflows approachable for mixed-ability groups.
Solid experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and the ability to teach practical workflows using it including how to combine it with AI tools.
Extensive, hands-on experience using Midjourney and Runway (or equivalents) in real projects.
Confident with Figma for product and UI design: components, variants, auto-layout and prototyping, and able to teach these skills.
Practical know-how in building creative pipelines: prompt systems, reference-image techniques, control methods (for example inpainting, keyframes), batch generation and quality review.
Awareness of rights, ethics and policy: copyright and licensing basics, usage rights, model terms, the EU AI Act and the UK Code of Practice.
Able to design engaging materials: briefs, exercises, style guides, checklists and how-to guides.
Organised and reliable, with day-to-day client and project management skills.
Based in London and comfortable working onsite with clients and at our office when needed.
