For all individual bookings made via the web site, cancellations can be made with a full refund up to 14 calendar days after purchase. After this period, workshops may be rescheduled to any future available date free of charge provided a request is made by email to hi@generalpurpose.com at least five working days before your scheduled workshop date. For bookings made by e-mail (such as private in-house workshops) and paid by invoice, the cancellation policy will be detailed on the terms and conditions of sale provided with your invoice.
