The UK business development team at a globally recognised premium Czech brewery needed AI skills suitable for brand-sensitive work. Their role involves relationship management, wholesaler interactions, competitor analysis, and brand compliance. They required training on using AI safely and accurately, specifically learning to identify hallucinations and bias before producing client-facing output.
What we did
We delivered a bespoke Mastering AI workshop customised for 16 business development team members. Training emphasised practical AI application within brand constraints and focused heavily on safety protocols and output verification. The training was designed around the specific challenges of a business development team working in a brand-sensitive environment. Participants built tools for reviewing and enhancing wholesale customer presentations, generating targeted lists of pubs likely to stock craft and continental lagers in specific regions, and creating tailored market briefings for retail buyers.
A key focus was ensuring every AI output could be trusted before it reached a client. The team developed workflows for drafting persuasive wholesaler emails, building meeting presentations from source documents, and consolidating slide decks into structured summaries. They also explored using AI to analyse their company Staff Handbook to identify missing policies and flag areas needing updates.
