How it works
A methodology designed around one thing: making sure your team is still using AI three months after we leave the room.
A typical engagement
Everything is bespoke, but this is the common shape: strategy first, activation next, then training, agents, and coaching.
Start with strategy
A typical engagement begins with strategy and enablement work so we can understand your workflows, goals, tool stack, and where the biggest opportunities sit.
Build momentum with activation
Then we help create internal pull with AI in Action all-hands sessions, champions programmes, and rollout support that keeps adoption moving across the firm.
Train the whole organisation
From there we usually run bespoke Mastering workshops for the teams that need them, tailored to whichever assistant your organisation actually uses.
Keep going with agents and coaching
The strongest programmes continue with AI Agent Co-Creation workshops and 1:1 coaching for advanced staff and internal leaders as new use cases emerge.
Eight steps to lasting change
Every step is deliberate. Every step is measurable. Nothing is left to chance.
Discovery call
We start with a conversation, not a sales pitch. We learn about your team, your tools, your challenges, and what success looks like for you. This shapes everything that follows.
AI maturity survey
Every participant completes a pre-workshop survey measuring current AI usage, confidence, and attitudes. This gives us a quantified baseline, and gives you proof of where your team starts.
Workshop customisation
We build exercises around your actual workflows, your tools, and your data. No generic demos. Every prompt, every scenario, every hands-on task is designed to feel immediately relevant to your people.
Workshop delivery
In-person. An instructor and a dedicated tutor in the room. Most in-house classes are one day, typically 10am to 5pm, and tailored around your actual workflows. Participants leave with prompts they can use the next morning, not slides they will never open again.
Post-workshop efficacy report
Within a week, you receive a detailed report: what shifted, what stuck, and where the gaps remain. Real data, not a satisfaction survey asking whether the biscuits were good.
Office hours
Monthly drop-in sessions for your team. Questions come up once people start using AI properly. We make sure they have somewhere to go when they get stuck, so momentum doesn't die.
Three-month resurvey
We re-run the AI Maturity Survey at the three-month mark. This is the number that matters: sustained behaviour change, not day-one enthusiasm. You see exactly what lasted.
What's next
Advanced training for power users. AI strategy workshops for leadership. Tool selection guidance. Governance frameworks. We help you build an AI-enabled organisation, not just a trained one.

Book a CallWhat makes us different
There's no shortage of AI training options. Here's why most of them don't work.
Unlike e-learning
Completion rates aren't behaviour change. A 95% course completion rate means nothing if nobody changes how they work. We measure what people actually do differently, not what they clicked through.
Unlike university courses
MBA modules and executive programmes teach theory to senior leaders. That's useful, but it doesn't equip the rest of your organisation to use AI day-to-day. We train the people who do the work.
Unlike generic trainers
Plenty of trainers can deliver an inspiring afternoon. The room buzzes. Everyone is excited. Then Monday comes and nothing changes. We design for what happens after the workshop, not during it.
Unlike bolt-on providers
Consultancies that bolt AI training onto their existing offering rarely have the depth. AI isn't a side hustle for us. It's the only thing we do, and we do it every single day.
