Mastering ChatGPT gets a whole team confident with ChatGPT in the chat window. This session assumes that is done. It moves people on to ChatGPT Work, scheduled tasks, connected apps, workspace agents and writing their own tests, so they can hand over whole jobs and still trust the result.
ChatGPT Work is the agent built into ChatGPT. You give it a goal and it plans the steps, works across your apps and files and produces finished work such as sheets, slides and documents, checking with you before important actions. It is the same idea as Cowork in Claude.
No coding is needed. People should be comfortable using ChatGPT every day. We send your ChatGPT admins a short setup checklist before the session so the right features and apps are switched on.
